We gamified headhunting with a squid games twist to turn our recruits into headhunters, sourcing the connection crews next generation of gig workers.
6 Cards for 6 teams were given out to current connections crew workers, each team can try to recruit anyone who provides them with good service by giving them a headhunted card. The user recipient then scans the QR code and is taken to a microsite with a form for an interview.
An OOH was also developed that told people they hadn’t been headhunted, however by scanning the QR code and being persistent enough you could still be rewarded with a job interview.
