During lockdown the world woke up to many injustices around the world. TBWA responded by creating a diversity and inclusion group who could help raise, discuss and solve diversity and inclusion problems within our working environment. A look and feel was developed by combining our disruption symbols to create irregular, awkward and different shapes accompanied by a monospaced typeface where each and every character is given the same space.
The whole agency developed a DI+B manifesto and this was then encapsulated as a 5x3m wall design in the agency reception. This was accompanied by pronoun stickers, badges, a library and a pledge booklet for new starters.
